im trying to download the autoupdater and it wont let me download,,is the site not working?

Usually the download should work... Maybe you forgot to put the downloadticket in.
A window pops up and wants a downloadticket from you. Now you have to go to the website and search for --- D/L-Ticket --- on the left right below Autodownload. Now you put that number into the window that popped up and hit ok. The updater should download now.

Do you want to download the autoupdater it self?
OR
Do you want to load updates with the autoupdater?

Hi,
it seems that the hole file area is down, because no files will be downloaded by the Autoupdater.
Maybe an Admin should check it

Hi guys,
sorry my fault... ;.(
I've updated the linux distri our ftp server is powered by.
Some parameters changed in the new version of the ftp server configuration, so the firewall was blocking the ports for passive ftp mode.
Should be fixed now, pls. retry.
